Halloween was a lot of fun this year. Just like all the holidays, the trio are really starting to get into them and get excited by everything about them. The girls each wanted to be kittens and Ryan wanted to be a race car driver. I found a deal on a "pit crew" guy, so he was just as happy with that. JP is really getting into Harry Potter and decided to be Tom Riddle- the villain in the series when he was a student at Hogwarts.
A few days before Halloween we got a couple of snowstorms. This always seems to happen, but in true Denver style, the snow was gone within a couple days and the weather was beautiful for Halloween night itself. I took the trio & JP up and down our street and then Joe took just JP out on his own. Ryan, Caitlin & Madison had so much fun passing out the candy and seeing what all the kids were wearing. I stocked up on over 500 pieces of candy and as usual we ran out shortly after 7pm. When Joe & JP returned & everyone saw how much candy he collected they all said "We want to go with Daddy next year!"

The girls couldn't wait to play in it!
Ryan was more of a stand by the fire guy!
..and since I always like to do comparison shots- here is JP in 12/05, 2.5 years old!
Party at Preschool-
I find the head on Madison's "Cappuccino" the cat to be a little creepy but she loves it. I'm posting this almost a month late and she still wears it almost every day!
Official 2011 shot-
We stopped by my friend Kate's house so JP could battle her 6-yr-old triplets- who were the "good guys" from Harry Potter!

Of course we had to have Kitty Cat pumpkins too!
A few people were jealous of all JP's candy!
And here's a couple from my bunco party the weekend before. It was especially memorable because I won $80.00!
