Disney On Ice

Our wonderful neighbor Brian walked over 6 tickets for us all to see Disney on Ice.  What a treat!  He is the Marketing Director for the city of Denver and we are so grateful he thought of us.  The kids were so excited and the girls even wore some princess dresses.  Even though they weren't officially Disney, Caitlin thought she was Cinderella and Madison was Ariel.  I had borrowed a bunch of the movies from my friend for the kids to see before the big show.  They girls are so into princesses but had never seen any of the films.  I can't say the trio sat through entire movie of any of the ones they watched, but I think they got a general idea of the stories and were so excited when they saw their favorites come out on the ice.

The show itself started at 7pm and lasted until past 9. All the kids did great and it really held their attention most of the time.  The girls were a little scared to see the beast, but I keep reminding them he turns into a handsome prince!

Arriving at the Coliseum

Belle & Cinderella- two favorites around here

Here is the finale.  Everyone had a great time- although a little tired!

St Patricks Day

St Patrick's Day this year was kind of crazy.  It fell on a Saturday and we were not home most of the day.  We actually spend the afternoon at our triplet club's Easter Party and then in the evening Joe and I went out to JP's school auction.  This is the first year that I can remember not having corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick's Day.  There were no grasshopper shakes either- so strange.  I completely forgot to take my camera to the triplet party, but did get a couple shots of the kids in their green.

This picture actually happened in April, but since I am going back to make up for missed posts I thought it would be a good place to add it. Joe came running in the house saying "This is my luckiest day!".  He was riding his scooter out back and found a 4 leaf clover!
