A couple of Saturdays ago, we loaded everyone up and headed over to the pediatrician's office for flu shots. They were all able to get the nose mist ones and it was so easy. Over in 5 minutes and not a tear in sight! Joe & I felt like we were on a roll, so we decided to head over to Cherry Creek and see if by any chance we could get the kids' hair cut. All of them could use some order to their hair!
Since it was a weekend morning at 11am we really didn't think there was a chance. Joe dropped me off in front of the very busy children's salon and I went in to ask. I asked the receptionist if she could squeeze my kids in at all and oh yeah, I have FOUR. She looked down at her appointment sheet which was almost completely full and then said actually I have openings at 11:20. It was crazy, there was one line across the page in 20 minutes that was open!
Twenty minutes later, we brought the kiddos in and in a matter of minutes all four of my children were getting their hair cut by four different stylists. The only crazy thing was Joe and I going from kid to kid answering the stylists questions and making sure everyone was doing OK. They all did great. We even had the trio's pictures taken since this was Ryan's first haircut and the girl's first on in an actual salon. They received their second lollipop of the day and everyone walked out looking much better. We went and had a family lunch at Panera and celebrated a very productive morning! Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera with me at the salon, but was able to get a couple of pics when we got home.
Here's a couple more of the trio I took a few days ago:
Ryan loves these rain boots!

At the Park
Here are few pics of the kids I took on Labor Day weekend. We like to name all the parks near us and this was one that we have passed several times but never had stopped at before. Every time we drove by the kids would call it "blue park" because the blue equipment. I'd always say maybe we will go to it sometime. This was the day and here are the kiddos having fun!
A double slide!
Maddi climbing:
Looking cute in her sparkle shoes!
JP found trees to climb:
The group shots didn't do so well!
Ryan on the motorcoco as he calls it:
Yep, we took up all the swings!
